Collage Art has interested me since I was a young child and is something I have always enjoyed practicing. I grew up in Arizona, but have lived in Washington and most recently Chicago Illinois. My current body of works is entitled “Analog Grotesque” and explores death in the sense of paving way for new life. Each “creature” in the instalment is a different representation of human attachment to death; however, each one acts as a portal through which some example of life bursts forth.

My inspiration comes from ugliness. Ugliness is but a deeper aspect of beauty, therefor should never be ignored. My art serves to keep the finesse and nuances of that which make us uncomfortable alive and twitching. My art is made to be challenging and, at times, confrontational.
